- Client account information: when we manage marketing for a client, we access their social media pages, ad accounts and analytics only with the permissions the client grants us, and only to deliver the agreed services.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time of visit, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
- Information from platforms: when you connect a Facebook, Instagram or other account to an app we operate, we receive the data that platform shares under its own policies and the permissions you approve.

Our apps (including Nashr, our social media publishing platform) use data from Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Google and other platforms only to provide the features the user requests — such as publishing posts, reading comments and messages, and showing statistics. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising profiles, or share it with third parties except service providers needed to run the app. Access tokens are stored encrypted, and users can disconnect an account at any time.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who work on our behalf (hosting, email, analytics, payment), with the platforms you ask us to publish to, when required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to run the website and measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work properly.
6. Retention
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by Egyptian law, then delete or anonymise it. Data from connected social accounts is deleted when the account is disconnected or upon a deletion request.
