You can ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you, including data received when you connected a Facebook, Instagram or other social account to an app operated by Promoters (such as Nashr).
Option 1 — Remove the app from Facebook or Instagram
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → select our app → Remove.
- Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → select our app → Remove.
When you remove the app, Meta notifies us automatically and we delete the connected account data, including access tokens, scheduled posts to that account, messages and statistics. You receive a confirmation code and a link to check the status.
Option 2 — Email us
Send an email to info@promoters.agency with the subject “Data deletion request” and the account name or email you used. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What we keep
We may keep invoices and records required by Egyptian tax law. Everything else is deleted permanently.
